Montessori Altar Guild

Systems. I love when other people create them--then I can find ways to A. Subvert them or B. Give you input on how to make them more efficient/better. Typically, I am not on the creating end of systems. But summer is a time of growth. I present to you...a system! A system for packing up/breaking camp on Sundays after worship. We have three bins of stuff. Each bin has a checklist. During Milestones/Announcements--we ask for three Bin Managers. These Bin Managers direct the packing of their bin. Just for the day. Not forever. The bins have a laminated list of steps and procedures designed so that all of us can step in and help with a piece. I know you all miss stacking chairs--this is your new chair stacking. Welcome, bin packers and managers.
