Please do my homework

Could you do some homework with me? I am participating in a thing (yes, I'm sure that's what it's officially called) at Princeton Theological Seminary in a couple weeks. In order to prime the pump/conversation, I am supposed to ponder these questions:  Envision a Christian community that makes the gospel real for a new generation. What about such a community, and its understanding of the gospel, makes it vital and compelling?  What leadership gifts are necessary for such a community? What engages you, or evokes your passion, when you envision the gospel and the community in these new ways?  What do you think? Gut reactions...
